CREATING ORDER OUT OF CHAOS 

ONE LEAF AT A TIME

I have a natural tendency in everything that I do, to move towards order, whether it is raking the leaves or creating directional signage. Graphic design also starts with creating order out of chaos. Many ideas, headlines, styles and details need to be addressed and sorted into a solution that is visually pleasing and gets the message across. This solution is successful when it meets the needs and approval of the target audience, client and sometimes an entire committee.

For most of my career, I have worked in Higher Education environments and found the energy of the campus , diversity and culture inspiring. I believe a good design is important in every aspect of life whether it is creating logos, developing campaigns that adhere to brand standards or designing collateral for general everyday signage. Design makes a difference!
